This is an awesome breakfast recipe. The apt protein kick required for starting the day. It’s an easy and quick one.



Ingredients:
- Eggs – 4
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
- Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
- Veggies of your choice – 1/2 cup finely chopped
- Cheese – 1 tablespoon
- Dried herbs – 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs for at least 7-10 minutes or until it fluffs
- Add salt and pepper and mix
- Transfer the mixture into a pan
- Gently place the veggies on the egg
- Srpinkle the cheese and mixed herbs on top of it
- Bake in a pre heated oven at 170°C for 10-12 minutes
